BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS 2012 RECAP
Last night was the Billboard Music Awards 2012 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Honestly, the one reason why I tuned into this broadcast was LMFAO of course! If I spoke too soon, hold on to your horses because LMFAO ended up opening up the show with my song "Sexy and I Know It". But honestly, that was probably one of the top highlights of the night, including Jordin Sparks' & John Legend's tribute to Whitney Houston, and the Alicia Keys & Stevie Wonder duet. Hosts Ty Burrell and Julie Bowen were pretty lackluster in my opinion. They definitely did not make me want to tune into the show, more or less, see what they had to say! I felt for one of music's more iconic nights, especially in Las Vegas, the chosen hosts should have lively, out-of-this-world personalities, don't you?! I felt it was too forced!
If this awards show had any impact on me, it would have to be British boy band The Wanted! All these guys are sooo cute, I'm a fan! Yes, the performances by Justin Bieber and Usher were cool (especially Usher's), but when I think of one pretty bad performance, I would have to give it to Chris Brown. Call me biased already against Chris Brown, but even though he's a great dancer, I AM TIRED OF HIM LIP-SYNCING! IT'S HORRID! Like how more fake do you have to be?

ZUMANITY Insanity in Vegas
Okay okay very late review, but what's a week later compared to none at all? So going to Vegas with my cool godmother, I finally had the opportunity to see a show! And not just any show, but one of the shows I have been wanting to see for awhile, ZUMANITY featured at the New York, New York hotel in Las Vegas.
We managed to get orchestra tickets for half price which in the end happened to be very good seating. If you don't know what Zumanity is about, it's basically the sensual side of Cirque du Soleil, full of sensual acrobatics that is part burlesque and part cabaret.
I loved the show, to the point where I was I was sitting closer so that I had a chance to be picked to go on-stage. There were different acts to the entire show, that would be broken up by sensual acrobatics, to naughty comedy skits, to sultry singing. The performers are all amazing, and watching the show definitely turned you on. I totally recommend this show any time you're in Vegas, especially if you plan on watching something.

SELENA GOMEZ GETS JUSTIN BIEBER TAT?
Oh what young love can do for the soul?! Who doesn't love that honeymoon phase that consists of the constant butterflies?! Well who better than Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber to remind us about young love where you can't keep your hands off one another and where...you get tattoos?!
The puppy love betweeen the two are too obvious seen in their numerous vacations and public displays of affection. But at Selena's show Saturday night in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Events Center, the crowd noticed AND captured what looked like a tattoo of the name 'Justin' with a heart on her right wrist. When zoomed upon, the so-called tattoo looked more like the works of a Sharpie. With the couple's affinity for ink along with their open talk about starting a family at an early age (not teens, but in mid-20s), who knows what the future holds for this cute-sy couple.
Through the progression of their relationship, it is obvious the both have definitely grown up fast. The Biebs is getting all inked up, while we see Selena following in potential footsteps by using Sharpie to decorate herself. And have you noticed Miss Gomez's more daring and grown up look? She is only 19, 2 years older than Bieber, but she seems to be growing up fast. She may not look as trashy as Miley, but guuuurrrrrllll we notice you "maturing". Anyways, let's hope this mimicking of a 'Justin' tattoo isn't inspiration for a real one. Be smart girl, you got it!

VEGAS WEEKEND!!!
I went to Vegas for my girl's 22nd birthday. It's crazy how every time I go to Vegas, it's with a different group of people, but cheers to new experiences every single time. Right when we arrived to Vegas, we went straight to Ditch Fridays at the Palms Pool. I LOVE THIS POOL PARTY! It's not only big, but the atmosphere is great. We walked right in with Pauly D, and what made this party bomb was DEV PERFORMING! I LOVE HER! She performed "Dancing in the Dark", "Booty Bounce", "Bass Down Low", and "Like a G6". Check out my video above to see some footage of the performance.
Every time I go to Vegas, I make it a point to hit up Fat Tuesdays and Earl of Sandwich. I think those two things can be my Vegas diets, haha. First night we hit up XS at Encore. Word of advice: Do Not Buy Drinks There Especially If You're a Female!!! I got 3 LA Waters for my girls and the bill came out to $57!!! That means $19 each!!! ALL I GOT TO SAY IS NEVER AGAIN! I didn't get to see the pool area outside since me and the girls were busy dancing on-stage. A great late night grub place is Grand Lux Cafe. Who knew that not only have it at the Venetian but also at the Palazzo!
Second day we didn't get to make it to the pool party because it was raining early in the day. I just got over a sickness so I did not want to get sick again! Instead me and the ladies went to the Fashion Show Mall, which is huge! Nothing like some shopping to take your mind off things, especially at Forever 21. This particular store is one of the biggest Forever 21 locations in the world! There was room upon room of clothes, that you seriously get tired looking around because there is so much! You will definitely find something if you're not over shopping at the time.
Second night we headed out to Tryst at the Wynn. The hook-up gave us free drink cards and what's great is that you can order any drink, not only particular ones. I absolutely love this place, maybe a bit more than XS because it's a bit smaller but looks so beautiful with the waterfall in the background. The music here is great! They played everything especially hip-hop which is very rare for clubs in Vegas.
Though I only went to two clubs this trip around, I loved not being rushed to go to different clubs in one night. It was also so convenient to where we were staying at the Palazzo because the Wynn and Encore are right next door. So sad this weekend trip was already over because it felt like I was there and came right back. I miss you Vegas and I shall be back very very soon! ;)

98 DEGREES COMING TO LAS VEGAS CHIPPENDALES!!!
Remember boy band 98 Degrees? Well if you don't, do you know who Nick Lachey is? He was the ex-husband of Jessica Simpson, and was in 98 Degrees. But forget about him, because this isn't about him...
Former member of 98 Degrees Jeff Timmons
You can catch a former boy bander, turning up the heat for 4 weekends starting May 12 thru June 5, Thursdays thru Sundays! Tickets are on sale now!
How hot will Jeff Timmons measure on the 98 Degrees scale? This news is just too funny, and I've also wanted to see a show. I'm just wondering if anyone would remember who he is, or just mistake him for a regular on the crew. Time to ditch those boy band moves, and replace it with some fitted hot pants and a bow tie!!!

MARQUEE-Las Vegas' Newest Hot Spot

I had the pleasure of going to Vegas this weekend, and did I have a treat for me this time around. When I go, I usually head to the same spots that I've been to: PALMS and TAO.
The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas is incredibly chic. The style is very modernized, yet with a flair. I feel like I'm part of some high class society that was very exclusive. Usually at Las Vegas hotels, there are chandeliers with the royal colors of red and gold, but the decor here was black, white, and PINK! GENIUSSS!!!!

The newest club MARQUEE opened New Year's weekend at The Cosmopolitan. It was so beautiful, I loved the decor and the whole vibe. There were many bar locations so it's convenient to get a drink without waiting so long in line. It's an indoor/outdoor club with a stage and a circular inside that's ideal for music performers. The outside area holds beautiful views of the strip that has a feel of Surrender/XS clubs. There was a pool and a big lounging area, but what stood out were the hot tubs by the cabanas!

Marquee is actually 3 floors. The top floor is called The Library which is more of a lounge feel. There were pool tables laid out and the girls there were dressed as sexy librarians! The downstairs was the hip-hop part of the club that looked just like any room at any club, nothing really special.
Overall, I loved the feel of Marquee. Beautiful people, beautiful decor, fab and classy. The whole look of The Cosmopolitan felt surreal, like I was in V.I.P. all day everyday. I highly suggest it to anyone out in Vegas!
