Nick Lachey & Vanessa Minnillo: Just Married!

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have tied the knot, People reports.

Nick, 37, and Vanessa, 30, were married on Friday (July 15) in front of just 35 friends and family in a tropical island ceremony.

“For us, this is just a stepping stone to do what we ultimately want and that’s to start a family together,” Vanessa told People.

“Our wedding invitations were in the form of a plane ticket. We told them they were going away and the attire was ‘island chic.’ It was all very vague,” Nick said about surprising their wedding guests with the location of the event.

Vanessa wore a two-piece Monique Lhuillier ensemble featuring an “intricately embellished lace corset with rose and crystal detail, paired with a signature hand tufted skirt made of silk faille.”

Vanessa Minnillo: Engaged to Nick Lachey!

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are getting married, JustJared.com can confirm!

“We’re excited and incredibly happy about our engagement and we look forward to a wonderful future together,” Nick and Vanessa said in a statement.

Nick, 36, and Vanessa, 29, began dating back in 2006 after Nick and Jessica Simpson ended their marriage.
