Jaime Pressly Files for Divorce

Jaime Pressly is ending her year-long marriage to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh.

The My Name Is Earl star, 33, filed for divorce on January 21, Radar Online reports.

According to the documents filed in L.A. Superior Court, Jaime, who wed Simran in September 2009, cited irreconcilable differences and lists December 27, 2010 as the date of separation.

My Name is Earl actress Jaime Pressly tied the knot with entertainment lawyer Simran Singh on Saturday evening (September 26) at the Dick Clark Estate in Malibu, Calif. Here are some wedding details via Extra:
– The bride wore a V-neck Jenny Packham gown, carried a bouquet of pink and white flowers and walked down the aisle to the Etta James classic “At Last.”
– Jaime’s 2-year-old son Dezi served as a ring bearer.
– Singh wore a Hugo Boss tuxedo.
– At the reception, the couple’s first dance was to Adele’s “To Make You Feel My Love.”

Congratulations to Jaime Pressly and entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, who tied the knot in Malibu last night.
The evening ceremony took place on a bluff overlooking the ocean, with the bride dressed in a floor-length white gown with a plunging neckline. Jaime's 2-year-old son Dezi acted as the ringbearer.
Jaime recently told US that she was looking forward to married life, saying, "I'm very excited to be in a partnership and have some stability that I haven't had before in my life," and adding that it was great "to have someone who shares everything with you, to help carry the bags and [son] Dezi and to have somebody who can carry his own weight."
The marriage is the first for the My Name Is Earl star, though she was previously engaged to Dezi's dad, DJ Eric Cubiche.

Jaime Pressley: Engaged to Simran Singh!

Jaime Pressly is engaged to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, her rep confirms.
Tonight, the My Name Is Earl actress plans to celebrate her 32nd birthday with 50 of her closest friends at the rooftop bar Float in Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. (Her actual birthday was Thursday.)
Jaime and ex DJ Eric Cubiche separated last November after a two-year engagement. They have a 2-year-old son, Dezi.
