The second time might be the charm for Robin Wright Penn and her Oscar-winning husband Sean Penn. The couple first filed for divorce in 2007 and Sean has filed for legal separation from his wife of 13 years.In the first divorce filing, both filed for joint custody of their children and it's expected it will be the case this time around as well.
