Denise Richards Adopts a Baby Girl!

Denise Richards has adopted a baby girl, JustJared.com can confirm!
The 40-year-old actress, who has two daughters with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, adopted her new daughter domestically.
“Eloise Joni Richards is named after Denise’s mom (Joni), and Denise and her daughters Sami and Lola chose the name Eloise,” her rep told People. “Denise and Eloise’s big sisters couldn’t be happier and feel incredibly blessed.”
“Good morning….having my coffee before girls get up and off to daycamp. pilates this am, took a few weeks off. need to get back!” Denise tweeted earlier today.

Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen and his wife, real estate investor Brooke Mueller Sheen, welcomed twin boys — Max and Bob – on Saturday (March 14).
Sheen, 43, has two daughters, Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, with actress Denise Richards, and another, Cassandra, 23, from his relationship with Paula Profit.
