'Gossip Girl' star Kelly Rutherford was spotted out with baby Helena and visiting with a friend yesterday. Kelly and her friend reportedly had lunch before the two went for a walk, and they took turns pushing the stroller.
We haven't heard much about Kelly and her ex-husband being in court, battling out custody issues. I hope this means they've found a way to co-parent successfully! People get divorced a lot, but it's easy to forget that finding a way to co-parent with an ex isn't easy.

For Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford, the news that she was expecting her second child came as a bittersweet surprise. Already the mother of adorable 2-year-old son Hermés, Kelly was overjoyed at the idea of having another baby. But her volatile three-year marriage to the children's father was already at the breaking point.
So when she was three months pregnant, Kelly, 40, made the heart-wrenching decision to leave her husband, Daniel Giersch, and have the baby on her own. Their daughter, Helena Grace, was born on June 8 in LA. Now, for the first time since the controversial split, Kelly is speaking out.

The 'Gossip Girl' actress has just given birth to a healthy baby girl! Congrats to second time mom Kelly Rutherford and her estranged ex-husband Daniel Giersch.
Hopefully the birth of a new life will be enough to help those two put their differences behind them and be able to be civil for the children's sake.
I'll update with a name and details when they come out!

Pregnant Kelly Rutherford Files For Divorce
Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford, aka Lily van der Woodsen, is divorcing her second husband, German businessman Daniel Giersch, after just 1½ years of marriage.
Irreconcilable differences were cited, of course.
But there’s a catch: According to TMZ, she’s about three months pregnant with their second child! (Expecting her second child, due in June, 2009) (They have a two-year-old son, Hermés Gustaf Daniel Giersch.)
Kelly was married to Carlos Tarajano from June 2001 to January 2002.
