Kate Winslet Catches A Cab

Kate Winslet picks up her son, Joe, from school on Tuesday (May 10) in New York City.

The 35-year-old British actress gave Joe, 7, a hug while they waited for a cab.

Last week, Kate braved the rain and walked Joe and his older sister, Mia to school.

Kate recently worked with photographer Craig McDean to shoot St. John’s Fall 2011 campaign.

Kate, who’s following in the footsteps of Angelina Jolie and Gisele Bundchen as the new face of the fashion house, can be seen in the pics which will debut in magazines this September!

Kate Winslet and Sam Mendes, who announced their separation last month, put on a united front to take their kids — Joe, 6, and Mia 9 — to school in New York City on Tuesday (April 6).
Neither Sam nor Kate wore their wedding rings but they looked like one big happy family again!
Kate and Sam were married for nearly seven years before calling it quits.

Kate Winslet Splits with Sam Mendes

Kate Winslet and her husband of nearly seven years, director Sam Mendes, have split.
“Kate and Sam are saddened to announce that they separated earlier this year,” their lawyers said in a statement (via People). “The split is entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement. Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children.”
