The couple started dating shortly after Britney Spears was facing financial problems with her father who was also her former manager. "This is something they've both wanted for a long time. It's a way to cement their family. They're both extremely happy and can't wait to become man and wife."
Now leave it to Justin Timberlake's grandmother to oust her grandson's engagement to Jessica Biel! “He called me on Christmas Day and told me he’s engaged. He told her not to tell the news to anyone “until after the holidays.” Granny Bomar also added that “the family loves Jessie… she’s a very sweet girl.” The couple has been dating for quite some years now, with a few break-ups and make-ups in between. Their most recent breakup I guess did wonders for their relationship, making Justin give Jessica a customized ring.
I'm really happy for both of them. For one, Britney Spears seems like she's been unlucky with love and marriages. So to see her with her career on point, and a civil relationship with her fiance seems like a good fit. For Justin and Jessica, I'm glad they realized the love they shared and decided to take it to the next level. I wish both of them well in their next journey in their love life.
