Well who would've thought! Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake are engaged! But not to each other of course...that would've been pretty crazy though.

In about mid-December, Britney Spears was proposed to by boyfriend and ex-manager Jason Trawick on his 40th birthday. The couple started dating shortly after Britney Spears was facing financial problems with her father who was also her former manager. "This is something they've both wanted for a long time. It's a way to cement their family. They're both extremely happy and can't wait to become man and wife."

Now leave it to Justin Timberlake's grandmother to oust her grandson's engagement to Jessica Biel! “He called me on Christmas Day and told me he’s engaged. He told her not to tell the news to anyone “until after the holidays.” Granny Bomar also added that “the family loves Jessie… she’s a very sweet girl.” The couple has been dating for quite some years now, with a few break-ups and make-ups in between. Their most recent breakup I guess did wonders for their relationship, making Justin give Jessica a customized ring.

I'm really happy for both of them. For one, Britney Spears seems like she's been unlucky with love and marriages. So to see her with her career on point, and a civil relationship with her fiance seems like a good fit. For Justin and Jessica, I'm glad they realized the love they shared and decided to take it to the next level. I wish both of them well in their next journey in their love life.

It's been portrayed in media that white women don't necessarily possess the gift of being curvy. But these women were blessed with these gifts in some way or the other. KATE WINSLET - talk about the most natural curves, she really has everything going for her. When I look at her pictures I'm like how does her body look so beautiful, effortless, feminine and sexy? Many of us wish we didn't have to work so hard to get those au naturale curves, better yet just be born with those GIFTS.

SCARLETT JOHANNSON - talk about an HOURGLASS figure! Her body reminds me of the old starlet Hollywood days where the women were glamorous and they're body were just naturally curvy and ultra feminine. It doesn't hurt having a beautiful face with that amazing body. Girl look at that body!!!

COCO - maybe she was the woman who brought back the "curvy" in the millenium era, but there's no denying this white girl got curves. Yes her boobs may be fake, but her booty is 100% real, believe that!!! That's just too much to handle!!!

CHRISTINA HENDRICKS - Every time I see her, especially on the red carpet this is what comes to mind: VA-VA-VR00M!!! Everything is just all up in your face without being intentional. She's got curves for days and that red fire engine hair calls attention to her famous assets as well.

JESSICA BIEL - I absolutely love her body! It's the perfect mix of being ultra feminine with the curves and just enough muscle to give her the ultimate toned body. Everything about her is just so natural and effortless which is utterly amazing.

LACEY SCHWIMMER - Who wouldn't notice how curvalicious she is on Dancing with the Stars?! I mean yes she's a professional dancer, but she is actually thick, curvy, and has a toned body because of constantly dancing. Talk about Best of Both Worlds!!!

Now I would call myself an appreciative human of all sorts. I appreciate a woman just like a man for how they look, nothing more. These ladies got curves and that hourglass figure that many of their counterparts don't have which is a blessing. Are Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel giving their relationship another try?

The 30-year-old entertainer and his 29-year-old ex are “quietly setting each other again,” a source tells Us Weekly.

“They have been talking the whole time and decided to give it another shot. Jessica really wanted to get back together with him and Justin realized single life is not what it’s cracked up to be,” the source added.

Over the weekend, the couple were spotted sharing tacos at a Toronto restaurant.

TIPS ON HOW TO GET JESSICA BIEL'S BODY...FROM HER TRAINER!!!

Jessica Biel, once the tomboy from 7th Heaven, is now known as one of the sexiest stars in Hollywood, with one of the best bodies! Not only is it finely toned, but she still has curves and looks so healthy. Her trainer, Jason Walsh, shared how he helped shape Jessica Biel into one of the most coveted bodies in the world!

Before her routine consisted of basic cardio and machines, but needed to re-proportion her body. "Before Jessica came to me, she very much did ‘old school’ training with machines. It tended to lead to disproportioning in her shape. I began doing full body movement exercises, so that her body moved ‘in concert’. Her body changed in three months. Now, she’s very much in proportion. Her waist, legs, arms and shoulders fit nicely together and look better."

Jessica Biel doesn't have to work out strenuously everyday, more like two or three times a week where she works out every muscle in her body. "We do things like bicep curls using a low weight, followed by pull-ups. We also flattened the stomach doing twists and hanging leg raises…I incorporate lunges, crunches, squats and core work with light weights and high repetitions. We also do plenty of walking lunges, which stretch the larger leg and glute muscles so there’s no bulk up, and then Russian twists with the ball."

NO body can sustain it's great shape, not to mention "tight" without a great diet attached to it. Smaller meals are encouraged while the fats and carbohydrates attached to each meal get lower as the day goes by. "Clients like Jessica might eat small meals five times a day, which consist of lean meats and vegetables. Sometimes for a snack I’d suggest a protein shake with berries. Jessica might have oatmeal when she wakes up, a chicken salad for lunch, fruits as snack and then dinner might be something like fish, vegetables and rice. I always suggest Kale to her because it’s packed with anti-oxidants."

Jason Walsh has some tips that everyone can follow! Now you can get started to a healthy and toned body, because it's never too late!

1) Stop long distance running and try running sprints instead for 20, 30, or 45 seconds followed by that amount of rest time.

2) Try eating organic and drink lots of H20!

4) You can eat your sweets, just don't overdo it!

5) It's not about weight loss, but feeling good about yourself!

Gerard Butler: Motorcycle Ride with Jessica Biel!

Gerard Butler goes on a motorcycle ride with Jessica Biel on Thursday (June 2) in Malibu, Calif.

The Playing The Field co-stars went for a ride down the Pacific Coast Highway on Gerry’s Harley and eventually ended up in Topanga Canyon!

Reps for the actors told People that Gerry and Jessica are “just friends”. A source on the set of the film in Shreveport, Louisiana said that the two were “friendly but professional”.

Later in the week, Gerard traveled to Hawaii for rest and relaxation - and some surfing!

FYI: Jessica is wearing a Donni Charm scarf.

Justin Timberlake & Jessica Biel Split

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have ended their relationship, JustJared.com can confirm.

The 30-year-old actor and singer and his 29-year-old actress girlfriend had been together since 2007 and were most recently seen together at the Vanity Fair Oscar after-party.

“There are no hard feelings,” a source told People, adding, “It was completely mutual and they both decided it was time to move on.”

The source adds that Jess and Justin will remain friends despite the split.
