Katy Perry at The Smurfs Premiere in New York

Katy Perry was up to her usual antics on Monday at the exclusive premiere of The Smurfs in New York. She was wearing a sparkly white mini dress with an image of Smurfette on the front of her dress made from sparkling crystals.

Also in attendance at the premiere were Sofia Vergara, Neil Patrick Harris, Hank Azaria, George Lopez, Jayma Mays, Tim Gunn and Brooke Shields.

While Katy Perry was easily the most eye-catching, Sofia Vergara looked quite wonderful in sparkling purple Missoni gown. Brooke Shields was perhaps the most demurely dressed of the lot wearing a simple white top and pencil skirt.

Hal came a little early, but Hank Azaria and his girlfriend, Katie Wright, are happy nonetheless.
'He was premature but he's healthy and strong,' Azaria's rep Stan Rosenfield tells PEOPLE. 'Everyone is very happy.' "
Maybe Hal was super-eager to meet his dad: Hank confessed to talking to his baby in utero using "many voices" and playing music for him, too!
'We pump a lot of Beatles music into the womb. I get inspired to talk to him like John Lennon occasionally,' Hank said, laughing. 'He seems to like it, he gets very kicky when I talk this way.' "
