The 42-year-old actress looked stylish in a fedora and blazer while she carried her son and a large Cookie Monster tote bag around all day!

Later that week, Naomi spoke at the HIV Priorities for Positive Change: In Our Own Words event at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City.
