Anna Paquin and husband Stephen Moyer glam up Spike TV’s “Scream 2010″ Awards at The Greek Theatre on Saturday (October 16) in Los Angeles, Calif.
The True Blood co-stars and the cast and crew of their HBO drama won the Spike Scream Award for Best TV Show. Congrats!!
