Hilary Duff and fiance Mike Comrie head out after a workout with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak on Tuesday (June 22) in West Hollywood.
The two have been training with Harley for over a year! Other celebs who work up a sweat with Harley include Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried.
